Policies and Procedures


 A minimum of 24 hours notice must be given to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid being charged. Any reschedules that occur after the 24 hour period, will be charged a $40 fee. 

No Call/No Shows

If you do not call and cancel your appointment and don't show up, then $40 will be charged. 



Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so you can decompress and fill out necessary paperwork, if it is your first visit. To maintain the blissfulness of the spa, we ask that you silence your mobile phones and electronic devices upon arrival. Regretfully, untimely arrivals may be subject to reduced treatment time, in order to remain on schedule for subsequent guests. 


Late Arrival Policy

We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled onsite appointments. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. The original reservation fee will be charged. 


Informed Consent

 At your first visit with us you will be asked to sign the consent stating that you have read the information, understand it, and agree to comply with the professional onsite massage therapy policies and procedures. 


Professional Boundaries

Requests for sexual activity will not be tolerated, will be viewed as solicitation, and reported to the proper authorities under the guidelines of the onsite massage therapy policies and procedures. The client will not be rescheduled if this occurs.

The breast and genital area will not be massaged under any circumstances. A professional distance will be maintained from these areas.
Sexual interaction or discussion of any kind between the client and the massage therapist is NEVER appropriate.

For your safety

Guests with medical conditions are advised to consult their doctors prior to booking any spa services. Kindly inform your spa technician of any existing medical conditions by completing a check-In form prior to receiving your treatments. Noni Wellness Studio reserves the right to discontinue a service for any reason to ensure the safety of all parties.



While gratuity is optional and at your discretion, it is kindly accepted.

Forms of Payment

We accept cash, venmo, cashapp or American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Discover credit cards for payment.  Personal checks are not accepted.
